Research
With my team, we noticed that the AVG Secure VPN App on the desktop needs to be improved in term of UI/UX.
My objective is to spot the UI/UX problems on the main current screens.
Mapping
After the first phase of analysing, I decided to think to reorganise
the structure of the desktop App, to improve the flow.
New design
Dashboard: Create a new UI to improve the location section.
“How our VPN works?“ overlay needs to be fixed. The window appears
hovering the info icon, but without offering the opportunity to close it quickly.
I redesign new overlay version.
Preferences: After user research, I think that the 'preference' page should be reorganised.
The objective is to add distinct categories in the menu to be more precise.
